The Dilworth Mountain Suite began as a completely unfinished basement and was transformed into a luxury two-bedroom legal suite. Starting with a blank canvas allowed us to design a functional, cost-effective layout that fully utilized the available square footage. The custom galley kitchen and walk-in pantry really set this unit apart from the majority of basement suites. Some noteworthy features include the addition of two windows for bedroom egress and natural light, the removal of a load-bearing wall to open the living area, and the installation of a rigid insulation subfloor.
