The Shannon Lake Suite was added to the basement of the house that had been fully renovated after a fire. The main floor structure was re-engineered in order to remove a support post and open up the kitchen and living area of the suite. The walls between the main house and suite were soundproofed, as well as the bedroom ceiling.
